You would be Paula whatever. You don't get an academic title untill you earn a doctors degree. Thats a PhD, MD, Psy.D, Ed.D etc. Bachelors and masters have no titles.

Paula, Once again if a title is all you are looking for in psychology, then you probably need to focus your studies on something else..Helping others is the reason most people go on to study this discipline and then they would go on to have patients with mental/emotional issues, as in counselling and therapy...There is no title until you have a PHD Doctorate behind you, which is lots of years of university...

it may be appropriate to follow one's name with MA or MS, if in an academic or professional setting
